We currently offer 4 group classes a week. Movement & Handstands. Come and train with our knowledgable coaches in a private and welcoming environment.

Personal Coaching

We offer 1 to 1 coaching in our private studio space. Whether you are wanting to rehabilitate an injury, get strong & mobile, lose weight or learn skills, our coaches have a breadth of knowledge that can help you achieve your goals.

Movement Assessments

Do you have any underlying niggles or aches and pains? Are you interested in learning more about your specific strengths and limitations? Our movement assessments provide you with a comprehensive, full-body assessment, alongside specific feedback and exercises to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s simply moving and feeling better, gaining more mobility for sport, or rehabbing a specific injury.
