We feel that personal training should be exactly that - personal. More than just a generic selection of exercises.

We have over a decade of experience between us, working alongside clients with an array of goals, including; weight-loss, traditional strength building, handstands, advanced levels of flexibility, to simply improving the function of their body.

You will be provided with your own coach, depending on your area of interest, who will help guide you along the way.

We take pride in our attention to detail and being genuinely passionate about our client’s development.

Movement Assessments.

We assess using the Functional Range Assessment© - widely regarded as the gold standard in movement assessments. This in-depth assessment looks at how each joint of the body works both in passive and active range of motion. Alongside this, we look at how the positioning of the pelvis and ribcage influence movement across the entire body.

Each assessment is followed up with a consultation and tailored programme based on findings and individual goals.
