Our 8-week Movement Assessment + Training Programme package has helped hundreds of people with their pain, mobility, and sports performance.

This advanced programme looks at the entire body, aiming to pinpoint the root cause of your limitations to get you moving and feeling better than ever.

Whats involved?

• 45 minute Movement Assessment (including initial exercises to get you started straight away)

• 2x30 minute coaching sessions over the next few weeks to continue to add exercises as you progress

• Tailored Programme delivered to you via PDF which includes exercise videos specific to your goals. These videos include detailed explanation and demonstration of the exercise.

•A further 30 minute session to run through your new programme

• 45 minute follow up session approx. 4-6 weeks into the programme (here we can progress or modifiy exercises and answer any questions you might have).

• On-going support along the way
