Upon purchasing you’ll receive the programme for download via PDF. Each exercise on the programme contains a link to a fully outlined demonstration video, with coaching cues on how to perform each exercise correctly.

You will be asked to join a private Facebook group where you can post your questions and videos for feedback from us DIRECTLY and share your progress with others in the group.

Wait, what’s the significance of the body being asymmetrical?

The human body has a heart on the left, and a liver on the right, alongside a larger and stronger right hemi-diaphragm.

These natural asymmetries of our internal organs, alongside the fact that we live in a right-handed dominant world, means that humans favour their right side (yes, even if you’re left-handed!).

None of this is necessarily a bad thing, however, if left unchecked, this asymmetry can cause us to favour certain muscles and parts of our body more than others, eventually leading to overuse of certain structures and tissues.

Our Mobility Essentials programme respects this natural human asymmetry and incorporates exercises specifically to reduce any compensations that might be occurring due to our right-sided dominance - something very few other programmes out there address.

FAQs

What equipment will I need?

Most of the exercises will not require equipment, just some floor and wall space. A small weight, ball and an exercise band are required for a few of the movements.

Can I do this injured?

Unless you are dealing with an acute and very painful injury it is ok to start the program. If you are working with a doctor or healthcare professional you should seek their advice and clearance before commencing the program.

How long should I do the program for?

We recommend being consistent with the program for 8-12 weeks and assessing your progress from there.

How often should I do the program?

We recommend aiming to complete all 4 sections at least once throughout the week and ideally completing the first 2 sections (ribcage & pelvis) twice a week.

How do I know I’m doing the exercises correctly?

We encourage everyone who purchases the program to join the private FB group, you can post your questions and videos for feedback from us directly. You can also tag us on Instagram in your videos to receive feedback.

Will I have to do this forever to stay mobile?

This programme can be seen as a catalyst for restoring motion within the body. After a more intensive few weeks of working through the programme, you should be able to re-visit any of these exercises every so often, alongside an active lifestyle, to remain mobile and feel good.
