Handstands
In this class we look at all the fundamental skill, strength and flexibility elements involved in developing a hand-balancing practice. Hand balancing requires a good level of strength, mobility, and co ordination as well as attention, patience and persistence making it a rewarding, well-rounded and worthwhile practice. This class is suitable for all levels.

Calisthenics
In this class we explore the best that bodyweight training has to offer. We will learn fun bodyweight skills like acrobatics and handstands. We will use gymnastics rings, pistol squats, plyometrics and other tools and modalities to build strong and capable bodies using only our bodyweight.

Strength & Mobility
In this class we use various forms of mobility and strength training to build strong, robust and mobile bodies.
